Silk Oil of Morocco at Salon Melboure 2013!

The Brisbane Silk Team headed down to Melbourne on Saturday 13th of April for a huge day of setting up the Silk Oil of Morocco stand at Salon Melbourne. Upon arrival at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre the team was pleased to see already 5 Silk Banners Flying High above the Silk Stand!

Day 1 at Salon Melbourne was a huge success! The best show EVER for Silk Oil of Morocco! Such a successful day that stock was low for the second day with some products even selling out! As usual Silk’s Fibre Lash Mascara was a hit, with lots of new customers purchasing their first starter package! Not only this, but Silk launched an exciting new product to work alongside Silk Fibre Lash…Silk Brow Enhancer. Using a unique formula of Mineral Powder and Fibres, the Brow Enhancer provides added thickness and length to your brow whilst providing shape and filling in any gaps. This product received an incredible response, with close to a hundred Starter Packs selling over just 2 Days.

Over on the Hair Care side Customers took advantage of the amazing Take Home Packs Silk had to offer…Popular packs included Silk’s Volumizing Deal, Frizz Control and Argan REP-Hair pack. Best Seller on the Hair Care side was of course Silk’s Hair & Skin Treatment Serum…with many customers wanting to stock up the product not only in their Salons but at home for themselves!

Silk’s Cosmetic Manager Julie Quinn reports… “What an amazing show we had with the Silk Pure Minerals, we had so many customers returning to see us from last year’s show saying how much they loved the product and wanting to know all about our new products introduced to the range. They are wowed by the look, feel and way their skin has improved from using this amazing make-up!”

Overall Salon Melbourne was a fantastic show filled with hundreds of Hair & Beauty Professionals...A great place for Silk to show off New Product Launches and Expo Offers. A chance for professionals to get their hands on Silk Oil of Morocco All-Time-Favourites and a great meeting place for new and potential clients. As a result, the company has continued to expand with many new salons/day spas joining the Silk Team. Silk looks forward to another successful show at Salon Melbourne 2014.
